Orders can be placed online at www.DineInCT.com, by downloading our Free App on the App Store or the Google Play Store. Orders can also be placed by calling a Concierge at 860-673-3463.



2. Is there a minimum food order, and what are the Delivery charges?

The minimum food total and Processing Fee is determined by your distance from the restaurant. Input your address to see all restaurants and minimums for your location.



3. How long will it take?

Typical deliveries take 45-60 minutes. This is contingent on many factors, including restaurant prep times, traffic, and weather conditions.



4. How is my food transported?

Our Mobile Waiters are equipped with dynamic thermal bags that ensure that your hot food arrives hot, and cold food is kept cold.



6. What if I want to add to my order?

Items can be added to your order by calling a Concierge at 860-673-3463.



7. What if I want to remove an item or cancel my order?

Items can be removed from your order or cancelled by calling a Concierge at 860-673-3463.



8. Can I order beverages as well as food?

Yes, beverages can be added to your order under the tab "E-store Items."
